Preparing a list of some good interview questions is make the interview easy for the candidate. Some interviewers ask weird questions which are totally irrelevant for the interview.  These questions are mainly designed to check how the candidate responds the situation under pressure. It is a good strategy to know as much as possible about the job and the company that help to be confident and perform well in the interview.

The main purpose of interview is to check how much the candidate suitable for the position applied for. This is the way to check the personal qualities and natural working style of the candidate and how he carries the particular demands of the position. Now it is the part of the candidate to ensure them that he possesses all the requirements to suit for the particular position.

Communicate with right answers to each question and ensure that the candidate is capable to sell himself with maximum potential. Get an idea of the selection criteria and job description of the particular position. A well preparation helps the candidate to present all his qualities, skills, abilities and the experience in front of the interviewer to meet his requirement. Interview is a hectic experience and if not prepared properly, it will put the candidate under pressure.

Generally, most of the employers expect the candidate to show some knowledge of their business, what they are mainly dealing with, and their products or services. Collect all the recent information about the organization, their main achievements and idea about competitors.  Convince them that the candidate is best suited for this position. In case not acquired the required skill, explain the similar skills that show the ability to handle the required tasks. Make them sure that the candidate’s experience can benefit the organization. Most of the situations, the interviewer give the candidate a tough time by asking difficult questions to check how he reacts under pressure.
