Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work?

This particular question is not meant for freshers or new aspirants in the market. It is meant for those experienced candidate who has sufficient experience in the same field and presently or previously worked in a concern.

While updating the resume do mention the chronology of your work experience with position held, period of that position held, task or assignment undertaken, projects done etc.

Try to explain in brief the last position held, organization name, work place location,  duties and responsibilities related to that said position, your role and task undertaken etc. if you have done a best work in the last position held then highlight it to the interviewer.

It will be always better to show evidence of the best work done in the last position by letter of appreciation from the last or present working concern. If you are able to carry the medal, shield or trophy then it will be really good.

Even if your best work was individual or group effort, do mention about it. Even if the best work was on a minor project or incident in the present or last concern, do give importance to it.

Never give a negative answer or blankly say I haven’t done any best work yet and hoping to do at your concern to the interviewer. It will really send wrong signal to the entire interview process and create hurdles in hiring you for their concern.
